CENTRE COUNTY, Pa. (WTA) — Eight defendants charged with misdemeanors in the State College cocaine-trafficking operation have waived preliminary hearings. The eight defendants are among 14 people charged with cocaine trafficking, in 2023 and 2024, with the other six individuals awaiting trial on felony charges.
