I recently made a trip to Ohio through Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. On returning west to the airport via Interstate 480 to drop off my rental car, I was horrified to find that the signage to guide me back to the rental-car return was basically nonexistent. At one point, I was stuck behind a gate that fortunately someone helped me through. When I returned the car, I pointed this out to the attendant, and he said, “Yeah, we get a lot of complaints.”
I appreciate the help of the people who work at the airport. To the people responsible for this situation, I’m not sure if you are incompetent or trying to be cruel. I’ve never visited an airport that has done such a bad job of directions for their guests. Cleveland, if you would like respect, fix this obvious problem.
