Five New Stores Are Coming To Easton, Including A 15,000-Square-Foot MINISO Land

Easton is adding five new storefronts, four retail shops and one fast-casual restaurant. The headliner is MINISO Land, a roughly 15,000-square-foot store that will be one of the first of its kind in the country.

The lineup was announced in an Easton news release this week: MINISO Land, Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn Kids, Suitsupply and Teriyaki Madness. The announcement caps a busy year of turnover at the center. For the wave of arrivals that came before this one, here’s what’s new at Easton right now.

MINISO Land will take about 15,000 square feet on Level 1 of the Easton Station building, directly across from Bath & Body Works. MINISO calls the format a “retail amusement park,” and the concept leans hard into characters: themed areas built around licensed favorites like Stitch and Peanuts, plus the company’s own characters YOYO, Kumaru, Angry Aimee and Carrot Street. YOYO, the best known of the bunch, launched in 2025 and has a pumpkin-shaped head with dot eyes. Expect blind boxes, plushies, collectibles and themed merchandise throughout.

Update, October 14th: The grand opening is Saturday, October 17th at 10am, MINISO announced on Instagram. The company says it’s the first MINISO Land in the U.S. The first 100 customers get a free blind box goodie bag that MINISO values at $60, and anyone who spends more than $50 gets a free tote while supplies last. There’s 10% off all weekend. The store is also hosting mascot meet-and-greets and product demos.

Williams Sonoma and Pottery Barn Kids are coming back

Williams Sonoma returns this fall at the north end of the Easton Station building. The cookware brand was an Easton original: its store at 4009 Easton Station opened with the center in 1999 and closed in 2021, when the company was cutting back its stores nationwide.

Pottery Barn Kids, its sibling brand under Williams-Sonoma, Inc., also returns this fall to the north end of the same building. Its earlier Easton location closed in 2010.

All three Easton Station newcomers are moving into reworked space that once held Amazon Style, the experimental Amazon clothing store, according to Chain Store Age.

Suitsupply, the Amsterdam-founded men’s tailoring brand, will open at the northwest corner of the Central Park Fountain, next to Bar Italia. The space is part of the former Smith & Wollensky footprint, which was carved into multiple storefronts that also include Bar Italia and Patek Philippe.

Teriyaki Madness is the geographic outlier, headed for 3950 Morse Crossing in the retail strip just west of the mall. The Denver-founded fast-casual chain builds teriyaki bowls with chicken, steak, salmon or tofu over rice or yakisoba noodles. The release lists it as coming soon, with no date attached.

Easton’s own coming-soon board runs longer than this week’s announcement. SKIMS and Shawerma Bite are also listed on the center’s website.
