Inaugural All Onyx World Festival set to honor young hero Onyx Williams

On Friday, October 30, the city of Durham will launch the inaugural All Onyx World, an annual cultural festival dedicated to celebrating the life and legacy of Onyx Nyne Williams, who tragically passed away at the age of five from glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer.
