Baltimore police say a pair of teens is responsible for a deadly crash this week that killed a motorcyclist.

Police say the car that struck and killed a motorcyclist was stolen and a 12-year-old boy was behind the wheel and a 15-year-old girl was a passenger.

The girl has been arrested and charged with motor vehicle theft and is in juvenile custody, but because of the boy’s age, police have requested a child in need of supervision referral to the Department of Juvenile Services and are working with the agency on the case.

The crash occurred Wednesday afternoon on North Dukeland Street.

The motorcyclist killed was identified as 69-year-old Barry Wright of Baltimore County.
